Community

In an effort to shape a healthier future for the community, the township of East Brunswick has designated October as "Family Fitness" month. To support this initiative, the Raritan Valley Road Runners in conjunction with the East Brunswick Department of Recreation & Community Services are hosting these races.

Community Involvement

This unique small town event was established in 1978 to help promote fitness and lend support to local non-profit organizations. This year, we anticipate over 450 runners to race through the tree-lined neighborhoods of East Brunswick.

Non-runners and families can also enjoy the festivities by entering the 1-mile fun run/fitness walk. Our Pumpkin Dashes for children ages 2-10 round out the day with over 75 smiling kids running around the baseball fields.

These races are part of the Brunswick Cup series, and proceeds benefit Camp Daisy.
